Are you interested in participating in an athletic event that’s not listed on our site? Find out more information below on how you can share your event date and raise funds and awareness in support of the Epilepsy Foundation. You will receive support, a personal fundraising page and toolkit, access to staff to answer any questions you may have, and the opportunity to connect with your fellow Athletes vs. Epilepsy along your journey.

Getting Started is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Make sure you are registered officially for the event you wish to participate. (You will be responsible for all the entry and registration fees for the event.)
  2. As an Athlete vs. Epilepsy Choose Your Own Event participant, you will receive confirmation from us that we have received your application, and within 3 business days confirmation of your acceptance as an Athletes vs. Epilepsy team member.
  3. Create your fundraising page! You will receive instructions to create your fundraising page along with your acceptance confirmation.

Athletes vs. Epilepsy will also provide you with the Athletes Guide to Fundraising which provides you with helpful tips as you train for your event, to create awareness and raise funds.

Organizers of the event cannot use the Epilepsy Foundation’s tax exemption, name and/or logo in conjunction with the event without prior authorization.
